🛠️ Troubleshooting Your Downloads

Question : I can't click the download button!

School firewalls often block Shopify’s download links. Try downloading the file on a home network or a mobile device (off Wi-Fi), then email the file to your school account.

Question : Google says "Access Denied."

School Gmail accounts often block "outside" files. To get your copy:

1. Log out of your school Google account.

2. Log into a personal Gmail account.

3. Open the link and go to File > Make a Copy.

4. Share that new copy with your school email address!

Where is my Curriculum Access?

If you purchased the Full Curriculum Suite, your access is housed in our Kajabi Learning Portal. You will receive a separate email with your login credentials within 5–10 minutes of purchase.

🛠️ Trouble Downloading at School?

I know how it goes—school filters can be a bit... overprotective! If you are having trouble accessing your new resources while on your school network, here is a quick guide to getting your files:

• Make a Copy First: For Google Slides or Docs, go to File > Make a Copy. This puts the resource into your own Drive so you can edit it!

• The "Firewall" Fix: School IT departments often block third-party download links. If the download button isn't responding, try accessing the email and link from your phone (off Wi-Fi) or your home computer. Once downloaded, you can email the file to your school account or upload it to your personal Google Drive.

• Google Drive "Access Denied": If you get an error saying you need permission to access a Drive folder, it’s likely because your school Google account blocks "outside" files. The Solution: Sign out of your school Google account and sign into a personal Gmail account to "Make a Copy." You can then share that copy with your school email!

• Zip File Woes: If you've downloaded a "Mixed File" bundle, it will arrive as a .zip file. Many school Chromebooks struggle to "unzip" these. I recommend opening zip files on a desktop (Mac or PC) to see the individual PDFs and Slides inside.

• Canva Link Issues: Ensure you are logged into your Canva account before clicking the template link. If your school blocks Canva, you’ll need to open the link at home first.
