Refund policy
FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: Refunds, returns, and exchanges are hassle-free. Simply reach out with proof of purchase, request, proof, and reason for request within 30 days, and receive a flat fee return/exchange shipping label if accepted.
FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we unfortunately cannot do refunds, unless in the case of unlikely digital incompatibility or if there is a significant error or issue with your resource. (we don't foresee that happening, but are here to make it right should this come to pass). However, we are here to make it right if there is an issue with your purchase. Please reach out at help@lalibrelanguagelearning.com with your order number or submit a support ticket. We will reach out within 24-48 hours with a solution.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@lalibrelanguagelearning.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is a flat fee of $8.00.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
**damaged items are replaced at no cost to you, simply reach out to help@lalibrelanguagelearning.com with proof of damage and proof of purchase for a replacement**
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
We use Google Drive as our primary file type. Please ensure that your resource is compatible with your current digital tools before purchasing. We do not fulfill refunds for incompatible software. Most school systems have Google or at least accept converted Google Drive files. Please verify prior to downloading.
We list extensively what type of resource is included in each digital download.
We offer the following download types:
- Google Drive Products, including Google Docs, Forms, Google Earth, and Google Slides.
- Canva Templates: Editable resources are often in canva templates - you will NOT need a paid plan to access these on Canva, but you will need a canva account to access and save them to your Canva profile.
- PDFs: Simple, tried and true Adobe Acrobat PDFs compatible with virtually every system type. Simply use Adobe Acrobat (free download) to read and use.
- Dropbox: You do not need a dropbox account to view and download files - it is simply an easy way for us to share files with you. Simply click "Download" in the top right of your dropbox screen (sometimes there is a menu to select first) and the file is yours!
Note: we do not currently use any Microsoft Products as we find the Google suite to be much more teacher friendly and editable. However, most Google products can be easily converted into a Microsoft Word Document or Microsoft Powerpoint. Please be advised that there will be formatting differences.
